About yorstonhill
Your performance is equal to what you are capable of when you remove obstacles.
Performance = Potential - Interference
P = p - i
What obstacles are holding you or your team back? What are the interferences limiting your performance?
Interference can come in all shapes and sizes and may include; fear of failure, lack of trust, a ‘bad’ boss, even your own procrastination.
Performance - Your stretch goal or objective
Potential - What you are truly capable of
Interference - Barriers, blockers, obstacles
So if we are to perform at our best the way forward often begins by reducing interference
Our first step is to identify these obstacles. This often requires an outside set of eyes to help us see what really is going on. Then be supported through a targeted methodology to lessen or remove them.
The improvement journey then shifts toward increasing our potential. Building our own self confidence and belief then allows us to move beyond our current paradigm. This occurs through new learning.
Everyday at yorstohill we work with individuals, teams and organisations to help you unlock your unrealised potential or remove interference. We do this through leading edge workshops, coaching and consulting. All of our offerings are custom designed to meet your unique needs.
